PostSubject: Some good websites   Fri Mar 06, 2009 9:38 pm

Hi everyone,

Here are some nice websites that you guys may want to visit when you're surfing the net.

There's this web from CNN: www.cnn.com/impact
It tells you not only about the current issues in our world now but also gives you the way on how you can impact your world.

Also, there's this thing called the "Reith Lecture", by BBC news, where every year(1948- now) they'll get a public intellectual to talk about a certain topic. So in it you'll get a glimpse of the issue and also the possible solutions that were suggested by these prominent figures.Quite insightful I would say. For example for year 2009, it's by Michael Sandel on A New Citizenship. You can search the net for it and listen or read the lectures online.

That's all for now. Enjoy! Very Happy
